I would like to wish everyone a very Happy and Prosperous New Year! Unfortunately, my first 10 days of 2025 were spent mostly in bed recovering from the latest viral infections doing the rounds in China that I must have contracted on my Qingdao trip. But at least it is now out of the way, and hopefully I will be OK to celebrate the Chinese New Year Spring Festival in one of China's ancient capitals.
2025 in China is the year of the Snake, so I plan to take some photographs of said reptiles as a themed project, watch this space for more details.
