The year of the snake is a reptilian year, 

Where the slithering snake brings good cheer,

My chi is Yin, and I act so cool,

But people never mistake me for a fool.

Shé nián shì páxíng dòngwù nián,

huáxíng de shé dài lái huānlè,

wǒ de qì shì yīn, wǒ biǎoxiàn dé hěn kù,

dàn rénmen yǒngyuǎn bù huì wù yǐwéi wǒ shì shǎguā.
